- Create and maintaining a scheduling portal through Microsoft Booking
- Communicate device availability, WiFi accessibility, DRC Insight functionality to IT department before first day of testing for the summer
- Review all schools/students through Genesis access Home Language Surveys (HLS), contact information, and previous school records of all students
- Maintain EXCEL spreadsheet with WL/ESL department secretary to revise list of summer registrants based on ESL eligibility before, during, and after screening
- Conduct parent and student phone interviews if test administrator needs more insight to determine students eligibility for ESL services
- Complete Records Review Form for all eligible and ineligible students before and after screening and testing
- Create Test Tickets for students scheduled for WIDA Screener test
- Administer and score WIDA Screener

The 2026 Summer ESL Screening Test Administrator is responsible for screening registration information, and interviewing and/or scheduling testing appointments with parents of
newly registered rising K-12 students, who have a home language other than English to determine eligibility for ESL services.
Must have ESL K-12 Certification as required by WIDA
