Under direction from the Marketing Manager, this position is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working on a variety of projects.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign engaging visuals, including catalogs, product sell sheets, graphics, and animations; indoor & outdoor exhibit booths for annual events; vehicle wraps and decalsCreate visual assets for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and product packagingEnsure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent visual identityCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project goals and translate ideas into impactful designsUse Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality assetsAssist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day design requests and special projectsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMinimum of 5 years' experience with a graphic design focusCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand their vision and requirementsProficiency with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office is a mustStrong design abilities are needed to create visual concepts for projectsPrepare artwork, digital files, and layouts for print and digital platformsPresent designs to internal teams for feedbackMaintain and update design materials to reflect brand changesAbility to take figurative concepts and turn them into tangible marketing assetsAbility to manage multiple, high-priority projects to meet deadlines without direct supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levelsDemonstrate commitment to keeping up with advances in the field
