What You'll Do
- Surgical Assistance: Prep patients, monitor vitals, assist during procedures, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Patient Education: Deliver clear instructions and guidance before and after surgery.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA and radiation safety protocols; produce high-quality radiographic images.
- Equipment Management: Maintain surgical instruments and ensure readiness for each procedure.
- Team Engagement: Foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues, and contribute to a respectful, solution-oriented workplace.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in oral surgery, dental, or medical surgical settings
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Assisting or Dental Assisting (preferred)
- Hepatitis B & TB vaccinations and titers
