Duties

- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation surfaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Support the culinary team by bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are clean and organized.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly.
