What You'll Do
- Bring the camp spirit after school programs, enrichment activities, and school vacation camps for K-8 students
- Be a positive role model using the encouragement and enthusiasm that made you great with campers
- Create welcoming environments by greeting students, families, and helping with daily routines like attendance and snack time
- Lead engaging activities and help prepare materials that spark curiosity and joy in learning
- Use your natural ability to connect with kids and support their social-emotional growth
- Collaborate with amazing colleagues who share your passion for youth development
- High school diploma or equivalent

- One year of experience working with school-age children in groups (camp experience counts!)
- Heart for positive behavior support and conflict resolution
- Bonus points for: Associate degree, Teacher Assistant Certification, or bilingual Spanish skills
