East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is seeking for (6) seasonal Annual Resident Survey Volunteer in Oakland, CA.
The Annual Resident Survey Volunteer is essential in managing data from residents' survey responses to help shape community initiatives. This role requires a commitment of approximately 3-4 hours per week, and exact hours are negotiable. Volunteers will work primarily at 1825 San Pablo Ave. Ste. 200, Oakland CA 94612 or remote under limited circumstances.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately enter survey data into SurveyMonkey
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data quality and integrity
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all records, data, and survey responses
- Ability to translate resident survey comments; proficiency in Simplified Chinese is strongly encouraged. Skills in Arabic or Spanish are also helpful
- Ability to analyze and visualize trends across survey categories, including longitudinal data; experience with pivot tables, infographics, or Tableau is a plus
- Experience conducting qualitative analysis of open-ended survey responses
