East Aurora Country Club is looking for a Host/Hostess to join our team. This role is crucial as you are the first face members see when they walk in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations through Tock.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries and special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with a professional and positive attitude.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (proficiency with Tock is a huge plus!).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
