Are you detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about great food? The East Aurora Co-op Market is seeking a reliable and motivated Point of Sale (POS) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure accurate pricing and smooth front-end operations, helping deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.

The POS Coordinator maintains accurate, up-to-date price files across the store while coordinating promotions, sales, and signage. This role is essential to co-op operations and works cross-functionally with all departments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage POS and customer data with a high level of accuracy
• Perform cost and price updates
• Set up and maintain sales and promotional pricing
• Coordinate and execute co-op pricing programs
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure clear communication and information flow
• Create, audit, and update shelf tags and signage
• Provide sales floor support as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with computer systems and relevant software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous retail experience preferred

Position Details:

• Hours: 30–40 hours per week
• Shifts: Primarily day shifts
• Availability: Weekend availability as needed
• Wages: $17.50 - 20.00, depending on experience
