  - Technical School Degree or 10 years experience in one of the following electrical, plumbing, or HVAC fields.
- Minimum Experience
  - 10 years' experience as an electrical maintenance worker in an institutional or industrial setting required.
- Required Registration/License/Certification
  - Electrical Journeyman.
- Preferred Education
  - Technical School Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology.
- Preferred Experience
