- POSITION SUMMARY
- The Dispatcher is responsible for answering emergency and non-emergency calls. This position is also responsible for managing resources making certain that all calls are answered in a timely manner. The dispatcher also has to enter call information in the computer and make certain that all documentation is completed.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience- N/A
Required Registration/License/Certification- BLS obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer
Preferred Education- Associates Degree
