- POSITION SUMMARY
- This position works closely with physicians, mid-level providers, and medical assistants in a team setting to deliver high quality patient care in an efficient and effective manner. This includes but is not limited to scheduling appointments, insurance verification, and communicating with outside agencies to provide coordinated care for patients. Must be familiar with medical terminology, sensitive to confidential matters, and exhibit the ability to problem-solve. This role must demonstrate a strong work ethic with exceptional customer service skills that support the organizations mission, vision, and values.
