Oversight of hospital operations and departmental responsibilities.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- Associates degree in Nursing
- Minimum Experience
- Previous leadership role at the bedside
- Required Registration/License/Certification
- BLS obtained within 90 days of hire
- ACLS within 12 months of DOH/ Transfer
- Registered Nursing License
- NIHSS w/in 90 days of hire/transfer (EAH to assist with certification completion)
- Preferred Education
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Preferred Experience
- Managerial experience in acute care.
- 5 years critical care experience.
- Preferred Registration/License/Certification
- Certification through ANCC, AACN or other specialty
