Senior FP&A Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing finance team. This role is critical in providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and decision support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, business modeling, and financial reporting, with the ability to drive meaningful impact within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support long-term planning initiatives, including capital allocation and investment analysis.
- Assist in board and investor reporting by preparing presentations and financial summaries.
- Continuously improve financial processes, reporting, and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
Qualifications
- 3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Must be able to work on-site 3 days per week.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $120K – $145K
- Target Bonus: 10% – 15%
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
