What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Estimator/ Sales Position position at Eason Collision Specialists?
Eason Collision Specialists is looking for an experienced Collision Damage Estimator who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect damaged vehicles, write estimate reports, and submit reports to insurance partners and customers.
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
- Prepare final billing for completed repairs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience assessing auto damage
- Previous experience using auto damage estimating software, preferably CCC One.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- 5 years experience
