Executive Assistant – EASE Mortgage
EASE Mortgage is hiring a high-performing Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, sales-driven mortgage environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and thrives on keeping executives focused, efficient, and moving fast. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership, growth initiatives, and company operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, email prioritization, and meeting preparation
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal events for leadership
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, organized work environment
- Track projects, deadlines, and key initiatives across departments
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and comfort learning new systems
Nice to Have:
- Mortgage industry knowledge or experience
- Smartsheet experience
- Experience supporting executive or senior leadership teams
