The Role

As a Route Delivery Driver, you are the face of EAS Water :: Coffee :: Paper. You will operate a company commercial vehicle to safely deliver products and dispensers to our valued customers. This is an active, fast-paced role ideal for those who enjoy physical work and interacting with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily delivery routes (typically 40-60 stops) within a 40-mile radius of Richlandtown, PA.
• Efficiently set up new customer accounts and exchange/pickup water dispensers.
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure vehicle safety standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Licensing: Valid PA Driver’s License required. We provide training for non-CDL applicants.
• Safety Record (MVR):
• • Last 3 Years: No driving-related suspensions/cancellations, no disqualifying offenses, and no more than two moving violations.
  • Last 5 Years: No major offenses (DUI/DWI, reckless driving, at-fault fatal accidents, etc.).
• Minimum Age: 18 years.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs consistently (approx. 200 times per day).
• Ability to enter and exit a commercial vehicle 40-60 times per day.
• Capacity to work an average 50-hour work week.
• Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, and walk throughout the duration of the shift.
