Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Pay: $25–$35/hour bonuses (Based on experience)
• Lead and oversee demolition and abatement projects from start to finish
• Supervise, assign, and support Technicians in daily field operations
• Prepare job sites, ensure proper equipment, and maintain safety compliance
• Communicate with customers and conduct site walkthroughs
• Monitor progress, document work, and manage job timelines and costs
• Coordinate with the Superintendent and keep leadership informed
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites
• Travel out of town as required for project needs
• Uphold EAS core values and lead your team by example
What You Bring• Experience in asbestos abatement or disaster restoration (REQUIRED)
• 3 years in a supervisory or trade-related role preferred
• Background in trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or similar (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to stay organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and professionalism with customers and team
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability and willingness to travel and work out of town when needed (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work in field-based, hands-on environments
