We are looking for additional team members to take part in the battery making process from start to finish on our production line and we are willing to train the right candidate.
Position Summary
The Assembly I position is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for supporting the assembly and production of high-performance lithium aircraft battery systems and related accessories. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to build a career in advanced manufacturing.
Working alongside experienced technicians, you will assist with preparing components, assembling battery accessories, supporting battery production, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This position offers hands-on training and excellent opportunities for career advancement within a fast growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare components and materials for battery assembly.
- Assemble battery accessories, including lightweight battery brackets, LED kits, and related hardware.
- Assist assembly line with lithium battery production as needed.
- Perform basic mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
- Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and quality procedures.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy and workmanship.
- Package and label completed products for inventory or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory organization and material handling as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
