Position Overview We are seeing a reliable and experienced landscaping technician to join our team in Richmond, TX. This position is ideal for someone with landscaping experience.
You'll be responsible for performing grounds maintenance services for EarthWorks Landscape and Maintenance, LLC, operating landscaping equipment, and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, debris removal, etc.)
- Safely operate and maintain landing tools and equipment
- Transport and store company equipment and trailer securely at your property
- Drive to and from job sites as needed
- Follow safety protocols and report any incidents or issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong work ethical, reliability, and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

- Valid TX driver's license required for driving positions.
