We are a locally owned and operated family construction company with over 30 years of experience serving the Black Hills, South Dakota. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team.
Previous heavy equipment operating experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment on residential and commercial job sites
- Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation
- Read and follow project plans and grade requirements
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Work efficiently while maintaining a safe job site
- Assist crew members as needed to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Heavy equipment operating experience is required
- Knowledge of excavation, grading, and construction practices
- Strong commitment to safety
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license preferred
- CDL is a plus, but not required
