Job Description
We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Tustin, CA. Our ideal candidate is hard-working and focused, with strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, effective design. You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams on projects that range from digital to print. In this position, you will be involved in a variety of projects, including website design, logo design, banners and print ads, branding materials, photo editing/retouching, and HTML/CSS coding and editing. The right candidate will be a problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively.
What You’ll Be Doing (Including but Not Limited To):
- Provide high-quality marketing materials and presentation graphics according to brand guidelines by working closely with our Marketing Team.
- Implement and maintain a high standard of design, formatting, and production
- Manage project load while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed
- Work with outside agencies/vendors supplying artwork
- Maintain and organize creative assets
- Support marketing with all design requirements
- Develop brand awareness and online reputation
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
- Promote content through social media accounts
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Two or more years of experience in a graphic design role (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign — with experience in mockups, web design, and multimedia presentations
- Strong portfolio of professional work demonstrating excellent visual design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, and concept development
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Proactive and organized liaison between creative and production teams; able to facilitate workflow of creative production projects
- Consistent professionalism, good judgment, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to wear multiple hats and offer varied skill sets
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving
- Photography, 3D Modeling and Social Media experience is a plus
