EQuIS is the premier environmental and geotechnical data management system in the world. Many US EPA regions, state regulatory agencies, and other government organizations use EQuIS.
The Sales Support Specialist supports the revenue-generating efforts of the internal and external sales teams. This role liaisons with various departments within EarthSoft such as Account Management, Accounting, Marketing, Maintenance, Support, Solutions, Training, and Agreements to accomplish the role’s assignments. Through acute attention to detail, accuracy, and timely follow-up, this role provides resources and deliverables needed for the success of the Sales Team.

Responsibilities (what you do):
- Prepare, deliver and record keep Software, Services, and Training Price Quotations.
- As needed, coordinate and assist in the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals and Requests for Information.
- Sales: Assist in the querying and maintenance of CRM records (accounts, contacts, opportunities, and quotes).
- Prepare and deliver department reports as needed for the biweekly department report and provide backup to Sales Support Manager for Sales Forecast reporting activities.
- Coordinate and execute price list, sales templates, and document updates.
- Monitor and manage the sales@earthsoft.com alias and redirect inquires to the appropriate team member or department.
- Set quotation preparation priorities and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Provide backup to Sales Proposal Specialist duties when applicable.
- Provide CRM assistance and guidance as needed to Sales and Account Management Departments.
- Coordinate the preparation, delivery, execution, and record keeping of Sales and Account Management agreements (EULA and Business Partner Program (BPP))
- Provide training on Sales Department SOPs and department tools (CRM, Teams, SharePoint, Web Suite, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Effectively communicate with internal and external channels, using web and online communication tools optimally.
- Research necessary information to complete tasks, document and distribute deliverables.

- Direct communication to relevant personnel, including those impacted by the communication. Ensure important or urgent messages are received and understood through multiple channels.
- Take independent action to use resources for task completion. Work independently on tasks, seeking necessary training and consultations proactively.
- Produce expected work volume within timeframes, adhering to scheduling practices and deadlines. Represent EarthSoft with self-motivation, thoroughness, and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively in a virtual environment to achieve team commitments, project deliverables, and EarthSoft goals.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a balance of work and personal time. Seek input from project manager or Manager as needed.
- Organize and store work products in company-provided software (e.g., SharePoint). Pay attention to details in all assignments and duties.
- Maintain a secure physical and digital workspace, even while traveling.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in various forms of professional writing preferred.
- Show acute attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
- An associate degree or higher, with a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience
