Mechanical-Electrical Technician
Start to finish assembly and testing of fluid transfer systems including control panels. Mounting pumps and valves, small diameter pipe and tubing, and wiring of sensors and motors. Manage the quality process from receipt of materials to final testing and shipping. Proficient in alignment, measurement, and use of small power tools for assembly.
Additional responsibilities to travel to project sites for startup and commissioning activities. Sites are typically data centers and hospitals throughout the US and about 20% international.
Earthsafe will provide training on PLC systems to control pumps, valves, and heaters using inputs from pressure, temperature, and flow sensors.
- Good organizational and scheduling skills. Good communication skills for coordination with engineering and suppliers. Computer proficiency for quality system work, material control, and logistics.
- Drug free and clean driving record.
- 40 Hour week with some schedule flexibility.
- Location: Downers Grove, IL.

- Minimum high school graduate, 2 year college or trade certificate or equivalent work or military experience, and 2 years work experience.
- Pay Rate $25-35 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
