Earthly is a modern cannabis and wellness boutique grounded in clean design, thoughtful education and nature-inspired products. We offer a curated collection of hemp-derived THC, CBD and wellness essentials in a calming, elevated retail setting. We currently operate two locations in Charlotte, NC, and are preparing to expand with the opening of a third location in the near future as part of our continued growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join our founding team, shape the culture from day one and grow into leadership structure of a fast-rising brand.

Your Role
As a Budtender/Retail Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of the customer experience, educating guest, making product recommendations and creating an atmosphere that's welcoming, informed and aligned with our mission. You'll also support visual merchandising, team communication and inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional presence
• Educate customers on hemp flower, pre-rolls, gummies, vapes and wellness products
• Make personalized product recommendations based on customer needs
• Process transactions efficiently through our POS system
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing and organized space
• Track inventory and assist with restocking and store visuals
• Follow age verification and all hemp-related regulations
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and experience goals
• Optional: Support content creation or events if aligned with your skills

Compensation Structure

• Commission is based on personal sales, rewarding you for every successful guest interaction

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and service mindset
• Passionate about wellness, community and aesthetics
• Willingness to learn about Cannabinoids, compliance and products
• Flexibility for weekends or evening shifts
• Professional, team-oriented and self-motivated
