Account Manager
Indiana, PA | Full-Time | Year-Round
EarthCraft Landscaping is looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients maintain beautiful properties. This role manages a portfolio of residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts while working closely with our crews and leadership team to deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Manage client relationships and conduct regular site visits
- Renew maintenance contracts and sell enhancement services
- Meet with new leads and prepare estimates and proposals
- Direct crews to meet company standards
- Identify opportunities to improve and enhance client properties
- Work with our operations team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Pay & Benefits
- $50,000–$60,000 base salary plus commission
