Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our Quality Control team. This is a mid-level, hands-on role for an individual with prior experience in inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical or technical systems within a production or quality-driven environment.
The Quality Control Technician will play an active role in ensuring product quality, identifying issues, and supporting continuous improvement within the QC process. This position requires independent problem-solving, strong documentation skills, and consistent adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and validate electrical systems and components as part of the QC process
- Perform functional and diagnostic testing using appropriate testing equipment
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve product or system issues
- Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate as needed
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications
- Follow established QC workflows while contributing to process improvements
- Collaborate with QC leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain quality objectives

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a Quality Control, inspection, or technical testing role
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and testing procedures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Experience with documentation, reporting, and quality records
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
