Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support daily logistics and shipping operations through shipment coordination, documentation management, carrier communication, and shipment tracking activities.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of lading (BOLs), shipping labels, and shipment documentation
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules with carriers
- Verify shipping documentation and order accuracy prior to shipment
- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams
- Assist with domestic and international shipping activities
- Communicate with carriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and shipment issues
- Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics documentation
- Support inventory and warehouse coordination as needed
- Assist with routine logistics and administrative tasks
- Support daily logistics operations and workflow

- High school diploma or equivalent required
