Micon Shop Production Worker – Job Description
Position Overview
We are an industrial shop located in Glassport seeking a hard-working individual to support our growing operational needs. This is a full-time position focused on operating and maintaining equipment, assembling and packaging products, and ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include preparing outgoing shipments and supporting shop operations. Additional duties may include:
- Managing inventory and assisting production process
- Assisting with hydraulic and piston pump repair & maintenance
- Welding and product assembly
- Helping with other shop tasks as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train an ambitious candidate. A CDL license is a plus.
