Schedule: Day shifts only (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Weekends are required.

What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook at Earth's Harvest, you’ll wear a few different hats. Because we are a small team, there is no room for egos—we all prep, we all cook, and we all help clean.
- Work the Line: Execute breakfast and lunch dishes with speed, precision, and beautiful presentation during our high-volume rushes.
- Prep with Care: Assist with daily prep work, ensuring our locally sourced ingredients are ready to shine.
- Collaborate: Maintain a clean, organized station and communicate effectively with the team.
- Get Creative: For strong candidates, there are exciting opportunities to contribute to daily specials and menu development.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: High-volume line cook experience is preferred. You should thrive when the ticket printer starts singing.
- Skills: Strong knife skills, a solid understanding of cooking techniques, and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Attitude: A positive, team-first mindset. You’re reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends.
