Job Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing stock accuracy, tracking incoming and outgoing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are stored, counted, and staged correctly to support fulfillment and production needs.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage inventory across all warehouse locations and storage systems
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Receive, label, and store inbound materials and finished goods
- Prepare and stage materials for production or shipping as needed
- Keep detailed records and reports using inventory software and spreadsheets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inventory area
- Collaborate with warehouse, fulfillment, and production teams to ensure timely access to materials
Qualifications
- Forklift certified (strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and team mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the day
- Basic computer and inventory software skills required (e.g., Google Sheets, ERP systems, or similar)
- Experience with shipping/receiving, staging, or material handling is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time (Approximately 40 hours/week)
- Day shift, with potential for flexibility based on workflow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
