About the role
Earth Harbor Naturals is a clean, ocean-powered beauty brand committed to sustainability and conscious skincare. We're looking for a passionate, people-first brand representative to bring Earth Harbor to life inside Whole Foods stores across the San Francisco Bay Area — through in-store demos, genuine customer connection, and meaningful relationships with store staff.
What you'll do
- Host engaging in-store product demonstrations at Whole Foods locations across the SF Bay Area
- Educate customers on Earth Harbor’s ingredients, mission, and product benefits
- Build authentic relationships with store staff, buyers, and department leads
- Capture demo performance data and share customer feedback with our team
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm and genuine alignment to our values
What we're looking for
- A natural communicator who loves connecting with people in person
- Passion for clean beauty, wellness, or sustainable living
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
- Prior retail, demo, or brand ambassador experience is a plus — not required
- Ability to travel between stores in the SF Bay Area cluster
Role details:
Employment type: Independent contractor
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Whole Foods Market)
Schedule: Flexible — scheduled demo days, weekends preferred
Training: Full brand & product training provided
Demo supplies: All materials and samples provided by Earth Harbor
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate performance incentives
