Barista

At Earth Fare, our mission is to help people live healthy lives, and we're looking for a Barista who shares our passion for organic food, sustainable practices, and customer satisfaction. As our Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and tea beverages, creating latte art that will make our customers' Instagram feeds pop, and preparing fresh, organic juices that will make our customers' taste buds sing. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brew coffee and prepare tea beverages to Earth Fare's high standards, ensuring each cup is a little piece of heaven.

2. Create latte art that is visually stunning and Instagram-worthy, making our customers' feeds the envy of all their friends.

3. Prepare fresh, organic juices using our selection of organic fruits and vegetables, creating blends that are as tasty as they are healthy.

4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, because who doesn't love a tidy barista?

5. Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions about our products and services with a smile and a touch of wit.

6. Stay up-to-date on the latest coffee and juice trends and techniques, because we're all about keeping things fresh and exciting.

7. Guide our customers to select not only healthy food they can trust, but products for wellbeing and the household that are held to the same high standards as all of the food on our shelves.

Helpful and Preferred Knowledge and Experience

1. Some experience as a Barista.

2. A deep love for all things coffee, tea, and juice.

3. A keen eye for detail and the ability to create latte art that will make our customers' Instagram feeds pop.

4. A strong understanding of organic and sustainable food practices.

5. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask like a pro.

6. A sense of humor and a rebellious streak (we like to keep things interesting around here).

Environmental Conditions & Physical Demands

• Works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel and squat
• Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads
• Must be able to stand and be on one's feet during the workday
