About Our Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon
- Massage Insured
- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Skilled in deep tissue massage (a must)
- Proficient with SOAP notes
- Passionate about helping clients to feel their best
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
- Open to learning new techniques
- Mindful of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- 60% commission rate
- $60 per 60-minute massage tips
- $66 per 60-minute insurance massage tips
- $80 per 90-minute massage tips
- Add-ons and product sales offer additional income opportunities
- Tax-deductible expenses, including CEU courses
Workload Options:
- Part-Time: 3 clients/day
- Full-Time: 5–6 clients/day
