What you'll do:
- Own and drive the global events strategy, with a strong focus on North America event activity, in alignment with Sales, Growth, and Marketing objectives
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global events across multiple regions
- Manage complex event operations, including booth production, vendors, and onsite delivery
- Oversee contracts, budgets, and financial processes
- Lead cross-functional alignment and ensure readiness across all stakeholders
- Guide and support marketing efforts around events
- Ensure effective lead capture and post-event follow-up in collaboration with Marketing Ops
- Represent Earnix at key industry events and ensure high-quality execution
You'll do it using:
- 5 years of experience in event management (B2B / tech preferred)
- Proven experience managing global, large-scale events and multiple stakeholders
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into event plans
- Experience in organizing, planning, and executing conferences and exhibitions
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel to conferences as required

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
