What You'll Do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into balanced backend (Java) and frontend (React.js) components.
- Participate in system and feature design discussions, contributing to architecture and robustness improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality features end-to-end.
- Troubleshoot and debug both server-side and client-side code to ensure optimal performance and usability.
- Support collaboration with customer-facing groups to understand needs and incorporate relevant feedback, ensuring alignment with user expectations while not directly owning customer interactions.
You’ll do it using:
- 4–6 years of full-stack development experience, including hands-on backend work in Java and frontend development in React.js.
- Experience in developing performant and scalable applications.
- Familiarity with both monolithic and microservices architectures.
- DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) – an advantage.
- Experience working with AI-driven development tools (e.g., AI code generation, automated refactoring/testing assistants) – an advantage.
- Agile mindset with practical experience in Scrum development cycles.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed/remote engineering teams.
- Demonstrating clear communication and collaboration skills across backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Bringing a pragmatic, structured approach to technical problem-solving.
- Balancing innovation with reliability, code quality, and maintainability.
- Maintaining strong development discipline while supporting feedback loops with internal stakeholders.
