Duties

- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support children's development.
- Maintain classroom management by setting clear expectations and promoting positive behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education.
- Provide care for infants or toddlers as needed, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Stay updated on best practices in childhood development and special education.
Skills
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong background in childcare, including experience with children of various ages.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
- First aid certification is preferred to ensure the safety of all students.
- Experience in infant care or toddler care is a plus.
