About the Role
Early Trailer Sales is a busy, family-owned trailer dealership in Early, TX looking for a full-time Trailer Sales Representative. You'll work with homeowners, farmers, ranchers, and businesses who are already shopping for trailers — no cold calling. Your job is to greet them, understand what they need, and match them with the right trailer and accessories. We're a small, tight-knit team, and we look out for each other — your work here gets noticed.
What You'll Do
- Greet walk-in customers on the lot and in the showroom
- Ask questions to understand how they plan to use the trailer
- Show them options and explain the differences
- Price out trailers, write up deals, and complete basic paperwork
- Offer parts and accessory packages that make their trailer more useful
- Answer inbound phone and internet leads
- Follow up with past visitors and quotes to close more deals
Hours
Full-time. Regular hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, plus 9:00 AM–12:00 PM on Saturdays (most Saturdays required). Schedule may adjust based on lot traffic and business needs.
What You Get

- Solid reps: $3,100–$4,500 per month (about $37,000–$54,000 per year)
- Top performers: $5,000–$6,500 per month (about $60,000–$78,000 per year)
- All leads are warm — walk-ins, inbound calls, and online inquiries
- No cap on commissions — the more you sell, the more you earn

What It Takes
Required:
- Sales experience
- Highly comfortable with computers — able to confidently navigate a computer and learn new systems
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable talking to strangers all day
- Able to stand and walk the lot, in all weather, for most of the shift
- Available to work most Saturdays
- Coachable, honest, and willing to learn our inventory
- Strong attention to detail — pricing, paperwork, and inventory details need to be right
- Clear, friendly communication with customers and with your co-workers
- A team player who helps keep the lot a good, friendly place to work
Nice to Have:
- Experience posting on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
