Administrative / Documentation Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Early Trailer Sales — Early, TX (On-site) Part-Time, 20-30 hrs/week

PAY RANGE: $14 / hr

HOURS: ~20-30 hrs/week

SCHEDULE: Days, Mon–Fri

START: ASAP

Early Trailer Sales is a locally owned dealership in Early, TX serving farmers, ranchers, contractors, and homeowners across Central Texas. We’re growing fast and need one organized, reliable person to own our title, funding, and daily paperwork process so our deals close on time — every time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Process trailer titles, registrations, TINs, and warranty registrations same day or next business day
  • Prepare and submit funding documents to lender portals and track deals through to confirmed funding
  • Reconcile daily money sheets (cash, check, card, deposits)
  • Track and assign license plates/registration stickers; update customers on status
  • Maintain organized physical and digital deal files for every transaction
  • Handle courthouse visits for title and registration processing
  • Answer and route incoming calls and support general office tasks
  • Enter deals into our dealership management system (training provided)

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must Have:

  • High attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable
  • You move with purpose — tasks get done, not pushed to tomorrow
  • Comfortable with structured, repeatable daily processes
  • Basic computer skills, willing to learn dealership software
  • Reliable transportation, able to work on-site in Early, TX

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Prior dealership, DMV, or title work experience
  • Administrative or data entry background
  • Bookkeeping or payment reconciliation experience
  • Familiarity with lender portals or WebDealer

THIS ROLE MOVES FAST — SO SHOULD YOU

This isn’t a slow-paced office job. Our sales floor moves quickly, and the paperwork has to keep up. On a busy day you might have multiple deals close at once — titles, funding packets, money sheets, and customer updates all urgent tasks need to be completed in a timely manner.

We need someone who:

  • Completes tasks the same day — not “I’ll get to it tomorrow”
  • Doesn’t need to be reminded twice
  • Stays organized under pressure and keeps pace with the team
  • Takes ownership of the process and flags issues early

If you prefer a relaxed, go-at-your-own-pace environment, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you like knocking out a clean task list and ending the day knowing everything is handled — you’ll fit right in.

Every trailer we sell runs through this position. When you’re on top of titles, funding, and paperwork, our customers get their trailers on time and our business runs smoothly. This isn’t a background role — it’s a foundation role.

PAY & SCHEDULE

Pay: $14 per hour

Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours per week

Schedule :Daytime, Monday–Friday (flexible within business hours)

Start: As soon as possible — we are actively hiring

Growth: Potential for increased responsibility and hours as the business grows
