Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site, in-home role in Odenton, MD, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, you will implement one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support clients' developmental and behavioral needs. Core responsibilities include delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions, collecting data, monitoring progress, and collaborating with supervisors to create and adapt individualized treatment plans. Additionally, you will work closely with families to provide hands-on support and foster skill development in children, adolescents, or young adults in various life areas, including communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Strong skills in Behavioral Intervention and understanding of Psychology
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to partner effectively with families and team members
- Related certifications (e.g., RBT credential) or a willingness to complete certification upon hire
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults with developmental or behavioral needs
- Ability to implement individualized intervention plans with accuracy and fidelity
