ELNC integrates family training, early intervention, and community partnerships to ensure high-quality care. The organization plans to expand its multidisciplinary model to include additional services and a future nonprofit division.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Baltimore, MD. The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and assisting with functional behavior assessments. The role involves direct work with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), including conducting one-on-one sessions, facilitating group activities, and communicating with caregivers about strategies and progress.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Data collection, functional behavior assessment, and progress tracking skills
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, caregivers, and team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively with caregivers and community partners
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
  • Experience with children, adolescents, or young adults with developmental and behavioral needs is a plus
  • Ability to maintain a professional and ethical standard
