This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Baltimore, MD. The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and assisting with functional behavior assessments. The role involves direct work with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), including conducting one-on-one sessions, facilitating group activities, and communicating with caregivers about strategies and progress.
