Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician based in Gambrills, MD. The Behavioral Health Technician will provide direct support to children, adolescents, and young adults by implementing individualized ABA treatment plans. Responsibilities include assisting with behavioral interventions, data collection, progress monitoring, and collaborating with other members of the clinical team. The role requires a compassionate and patient-centered approach to support clients in achieving developmental and behavioral goals.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Behavior Analysis concepts and principles
- Knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Intervention strategies
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Background in Psychology or a related field is preferred
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Enthusiasm for working with individuals with behavioral and developmental needs
- Availability for on-site work in Gambrills, MD
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or willingness to obtain it is a plus
