You will contribute to the core functions that help our organization remain consistent, compliant, and employee-centered.
- Provide excellent organizational skills
- Reinforce daily lesson plans.
- Proficient with technology as required for record keeping and documentation etc.
- Assist with preparation and clean-up of meals.
- Enthusiastic personality that will engage preschool children
- Apply established policies and procedures to (routine and/or moderately complex tasks relevant to role)
- Provide guidance and support to staff and families
- Escalate complex, high-risk, or compliance-related matters to Head Teacher or Program Manager
- A high school diploma or GED certificate
- One year's experience related to childcare development of children
- Must have current Pennsylvania Driver's license and good driving record.
