At Early Learning Connections, our work is mission-driven. We support early learning programs that strengthen children, families, and communities. We are hiring a Paraprofessional who brings a desire learn and grow to help our teams do their best work.This is a hands-on collaborative role where you will provide assistance, partnering with the Head Teacher and Assistant Teacher to support consistency, compliance, and care.Pay and Work Setup
Hourly pay range: $15.03 Work setup: On-site What You Will Do
You will contribute to the core functions that help our organization remain consistent, compliant, and employee-centered.

• Provide excellent organizational skills
• Reinforce daily lesson plans.
• Proficient with technology as required for record keeping and documentation etc.
• Assist with preparation and clean-up of meals.
• Enthusiastic personality that will engage preschool children

Decision Authority

• Apply established policies and procedures to (routine and/or moderately complex tasks relevant to role)
• Provide guidance and support to staff and families
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or compliance-related matters to Head Teacher or Program Manager

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• One year's experience related to childcare development of children
• Must have current Pennsylvania Driver's license and good driving record.

Physical and Work Requirements

• Must be able to climb, stoop, crawl, kneel, and bend in order to speak to children at the child's eye level, play with the children, and pick-up toys and equipment from the floor.
• Must be able to communicate with parents and pre-school children.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to travel and access organizational facilities
