What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Programs Specialist position at Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County?
The Early learning Coalition of Pinellas County is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Programs Specialist to provide clerical support our Quality Programs team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include:
- Enters and maintains data in required systems in a timely manner.
- Prepares purchase requests.
- Validates inventory deliveries.
- Prepares data and resource materials for coaching.
- Compiles and collates classroom assessment and visit frequency data for programmatic reports.
- Provides technical assistance to providers and teachers completing program paperwork.
- Performs assessments and provides technical assistance and coaching as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in child development, early childhood or related field required
- 5 years of experience in early education setting, and experience in training adult learners
- Ability to obtain and maintain Infant, Toddler, and Preschool CLASS certifications upon hire, if required, and as course availability allows.

- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Hours: Normal Coalition Hours are Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm. 40 Hours per week
Travel is required.
Pay: $43,199.27 - $45,000.00 per year
