What You'll Do
This is not a "sit back and review reports" Controller role. You'll be in the middle of it all — leading, improving, solving.
You will:
- Own and oversee accounting, banking, payroll, audits, and financial reporting
- Lead expenditure projections and financial planning
- Guide and develop a small, capable team of managers and staff
- Partner closely with the CAO on: budget development, financial analysis, Board reporting and presentations
- Serve as a key point of contact for funding agencies and government partners
- Ensure everything we do meets regulatory and funding requirements

What You Bring
- Strong background in nonprofit and government-related accounting

Compensation, Flexibility & Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
