We are excited to announce that we are hiring three(3) part time detail oriented professionals to join our team.
The Early Learning Coalition is seeking Temporary Provider Monitoring Associates to help strengthen the integrity and quality of early learning programs in our community. In this vital role, you will ensure that School Readiness (SR) and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) providers meet all state and local compliance standards through thorough onsite and desk monitoring activities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform annual file and onsite monitoring to ensure SR and VPK provider contract compliance
- Record observations and prepare written monitoring reports following each visit
- Highlight key issues, corrective actions, and recommendations in monitoring documentation
- Use standardized templates to ensure consistency in documentation and reporting
- Provide technical assistance with monitoring and contract requirements
- Participate in structured peer review activities to evaluate work quality, ensure consistency, and support continuous improvement across the team
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate use of all resources by immediately reporting suspected fraud (Internal and/or external) via ELC-established Fraud Reporting Procedure
- Participate as directed in all ELC quality improvement efforts to achieve optimum organizational performance
- Contact the Abuse Hotline immediately in the event an allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation is received and notify a manager immediately
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience in private or public sector social/human services program administration required; or
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience in social/human services program administration
- A general understanding of contract management and monitoring procedures preferred
- An understanding of childcare programs, early childhood education, social service issues, community action programs, and serving low-income communities is preferred
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and others of varying backgrounds and skill levels to achieve program goals
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Ability to manage multiple projects, follow through, and meet deadlines
- Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of regulations and Coalition policies and procedures to assist in identifying and presenting facts of a situation to facilitate management decision-making
- Must exhibit a positive attitude and an example to others in the areas of problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal relationships, support of management decisions and commitment to ELC’s mission and vision
