Title - ELC Extended Learning After School Building Supervisor - (Internal Only) (SY25-26)

General Duties:
Site Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning and collaborating with Officer of Innovation, Access & Opportunity, ELC’s administration, staff, and all Extended Learning programs and all other program leads, for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of after school programming
- Oversight of family outreach for all Extended Learning programs
- Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
- Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
- Scheduling and logistics
- Supporting staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement), and payroll timesheets
- Grant requirement compliance if applicable
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a current classroom teacher or instructional coach currently working at the ELC who is passionate about leading this work.
Compensation: Paid at hourly contractual rate
Dates/Time: Full Academic Year
- Approximately End of September - Approximately Last Day of School
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, plus up to 2 additional floating after school hours weekly, done in coordination with the Coordinator of Extended Learning
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday hours are: 2:35 - 5:35* (until the last student has left)
- Tuesday (on staff meeting days): 3:35 - 5:35* (until the last student has left)
- Tuesday (non staff meeting days): 2:35 - 5:35* (until the last student has left)
