Overview

We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBTs will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions designed to support children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families by providing direct behavioral therapy in clinical and home-based settings.

Duties

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs), including communication, social skills, and self-care routines.
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies across environments.
• Support the development of communication, social, and adaptive skills through structured teaching methods.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing training related to ethical standards, medical terminology, and best practices in behavioral health.

Requirements

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility for certification; prior experience working with children is highly preferred. Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma. Prior experience with children with special needs a plus. Must complete the RBT training course and become certified prior to 6 months of employment with EICS.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, behavior management strategies, and data collection methods.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior support plans effectively.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with medical records management, medical terminology, and confidentiality protocols such as HIPAA.
• Previous experience in school or home-based behavioral therapy settings is advantageous.
• Commitment to ethical practice aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.

· Commitment to the highest level of professionalism, reliability, and communication;

· Effective oral and written communication skills;

· Reliable means of transportation;

· Valid CPR certification and other medical and training requirements (e.g., Safety Care) as specified by EICS payors;

· Ability to pass background clearance and reference checks;

· Ability and willingness to work through challenging behavior; and

· Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 40 lbs. on occasion.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
