Come be part of our dynamic team at Early Education Services! Our Facilities & Operations Assistant position offers year round full-time employment Monday – Friday. Pay range is $17.57 – $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. The Facilities & Operations Assistant reports to the Operations Manager, is an entry-level position that works under the support of two Facilities Coordinators, and is part of our agency team. Primary tasks are cleaning our sites and kitchens, food delivery and pick up at our various locations, assisting in unloading food delivery trucks, managing parking lot safety, and maintaining fleet vehicles’ cleanliness. Our candidates must have a valid driver’s license because for food deliveries and pick up, they will drive our EES van. This job requires the ability to lift 75 pounds. A background check and fingerprinting is required along with a pre-employment physical and TB screening questionnaire. The costs associated with background check and pre-employment physical are assumed by EES. We are administered by the Windham Southeast Supervisory Union. Our services include: Head Start & Early Head Start classrooms, Early Head Start Home Visiting, the Welcome Baby Program, playgroups, the Dedicated Dads program, a monthly dental clinic for children 0–3, information and referral services to connect families with area resources, support groups, and parent education classes.
