Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED.
3 years of experience preferred.
Successful background check required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Patience, flexibility, compassion and teamwork.
Highly proficient in technology.
Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty.
Specific Tasks:
Performs intermediate skilled administrative support work maintaining state mandated systems, answering phones, greeting visitors, staff and family communications, processing registrations and fees, and related work as apparent or assigned.
