What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher position at Early Childhood Learning Center?
Second Presbyterian Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) is a well-respected program dedicated to providing quality childcare, interactive learning and memorable experiences. ECLC is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is knowledgeable in early childhood education and experience working with 4 to five-year-olds. A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education is preferred or a related field is required. ECLC is looking for a highly motivated teacher to inspire and be part of a great team. Applicants must exhibit professionalism in interaction and communications with children, parents, and co-workers. Candidates must meet the minimum requirements set forth by the State of Missouri Licensing Regulations. The position is part-time, and days of operations are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from approximately 8:30am to 2:00pm. ECLC operates on a school calendar from the end of August through May. ECLC is located in the Second Presbyterian Church but is not a faith-based school. ECLC is located in the heart of the Brookside community in Kansas City, MO.
